It arrived in plenty of time for my 6 year old daughter's birthday and she was able to perform the magic trick and feel very proud. Having never purchased an item like this before through the internet, it was especially reassuring to receive a number of helpful communications from your company where you reassured me about the construction of the purpose-built illusion and the delivery process. To be quite frank, in a world dominated by "outsourcing" and the disappearance of true "customer service" it is extremely rare to find a company that truly believes and practices business in such a way that they give as much as they can for a dollar rather than take as much for a dollar. The network of relationships that you have clearly built through the transportation company also bore fruit as they too were very helpful and response, informing me each step of the way, and, ultimately, even contacting a custom's broker on my behalf to negotiate the border crossing. The illusion arrived exactly as described, with an eye for all the little details, and clearly constructed with magic itself which can only be accounted for with the love invested into the creation of a product by true artisans. Again, thank you very much for this magic illusion. It truly is a pleasure to own and now it will be a part of our family legacy as this eccentricity is handed down to the next generation.
