Hello Friends!  This is my first "From The Desk Of" blog   , so check back to see new blogs.

This is what is going on at Snap Illusions today. We all woke up this morning to 13 inches of show, a winter storm warning,  and it's still snowing!!!   We may all get snowed in today!!!

Luckily everyone here at Snap Illusions have 4 wheel drive vehicles, and we needed them, and everyone was able to make it into the shop safely.   We are all working like it's 90° outside as we have several illusions in production right now.

I wanted to personally thank all of our friends in magic for all of your support.  We cherish to comments from customers that have purchased our illusions and love them.  From all of us at Snap Illusions have a happy and prosperous new year!!

Hello Everyone!!!! 

I have a funny video for everyone to watch, this is my 11 year old nephew, Ian, and he loves to visit Snap Illusions.  I told him I would put this video on my blog, so here it is:

We have been really busy since the last time I wrote, we are working on multiple illusion projects.  We also have our theatre that I have been performing in on the weekends.  We specialize in private events, like the one we had on Saturday.  It's nice to be able to still perform as well as manufacture illusions.  Over the coming year we will be developing several new illusions, which will be geared towards "packs small , plays big".   We have had many requests for some of the smaller items that we created, such as Light-Tration, Fandemonium, The Orange Illusion, In the News, Weather or Not, etc.   For these products we created the effect and assisted with the routines, however, the new products will be of our own design and routines.

We are also for the New Year, creating a line of our illusions which will be "in stock" items.  We have a designer which is modifying our illusion plans as we speak to have features which will allow them to be adjusted by the performer for his/her assistant's.  Check back for more information!!!

I had a chance to talk with Henry Winkler ( "The Fonz") recently, and part of our discussion was centered around the bite out coin which he used in the movie "Click"  Henry told me that this was the only magic trick that he knew, and he carrys it around with him.  He said that he has always been a great fan of magic and illusion.  He said he was also very impressed with our family owned business.  He is an extremely nice man!!
