EFFECT: Your assistant steps into a small cabinet just large enough for her to squeeze into. The front door is closed and a menacing metal blade is pushed right through the center of the cabinet. Throughout the effect, the assistant's hand is in full view all the time. After showing two large tubes, one is pushed right through the top portion of the box, the other through the bottom portion. The big show stopping feature comes when the magician pulls the complete bottom section of the box right over to one side. At this time , the magician may then thrust 3 large swords thru the cubes (sword styles may vary). An unbelievable illusion ! The audience can see right through both tubes as the cabinet is wheeled around. Finally the tubes are removed and the girl steps out smiling and unharmed.
