USA CUSTOMERS:
We accept credit/debit cards on most items. Larger orders and selected custom illusions which are more labor intensive, must be paid for with cashiers check or bank to bank wire transfer, as well as any special discounted promotions. Email us at: sales@snapillusions.com .
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
The only payment method we accept for international orders is bank to bank wire transfers. Please email us at: sales@snapillusions.com to arrange payment.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE . Your item will be properly packaged and fully insured.
Once your package is shipped, we will email you the tracking information. Once the package is picked up by the shipper, we do not have control over any delay’s caused by the shipping company.
For international shipments, we do not have any control over delays caused by customs inspections.
Our smaller illusions/props have various production times, and they are listed on the item's page.
All deadline dates quoted for custom made illusions are approximate estimates and may be subject to change as each and every part of our illusions are fabricated by hand. We also from time to time may need to order various parts or have them fabricated outside of our facility. We always recommend that you have an alternative effect ready in the event that your order is delayed. We reserve the right to modify materials or design of illusion without prior consent. Changes in materials or design are sometimes necessary due to the availability of materials and/or design and manufacturing issues.
Return Policy: When you purchase a magic effect, not only are we selling you the apparatus, we are selling the SECRET of how the effect is accomplished. For that reason, we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of the items we sell and the fact that they are custom built for the individual client's needs, we do not give refunds.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in shipping, you must show the delivery driver the damage immediately, so that an insurance claim can be issued as the damaged shipment has to be inspected by the shipping company. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges due to unreported crate or package damage. For Canada and all international shipments, the inspection process upon delivery is mandatory as we are importing the item to your country, and we can't export it out of your country, the only way we can get the damaged part back is for the shipping company to inspect the damage upon delivery and for the claim to be filed by the shipping company, so that they can export the damaged part back to us.
If an item is damaged in shipping or it is defective, we will be happy to assist in the repair of the damaged or defective part, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to us. Our shipping department. must be notified the same day that the damaged/defective shipment is received.
